Remember you will need permission from the adults in your home before you can cook or use hobs/ovens/knifes etc!
- BBC bitesize – Food and Nutrition GCSE – Yr 9 and up, work through the different sections under the topics: Nutrition and health and Shopping storage and preparation.
- BBC bitesize – KS3 design technology – Food Technology Yr 7 and up. These offer short informative clips to watch
- Try to find recipes you can cook; with the ingredients you have at home.
- Keep a journal/record of anything you cook or help cook, use your phone to take photos.
