Maths

The boys are still able to access the mymaths website with their logins. If you are struggling to log in or need your details, please let me know. I also recommend the topmarks website, https://www.topmarks.co.uk/maths-games/5-7-years/counting. There are plenty of games and spending just 10-20 minutes a day playing would be a great task.

 

English

The readtheory website ( https://readtheory.org/auth/login) is a great resource for reading. There is also https://spellingframe.co.uk/ for spellings. They are able to click on the relative year group, I recommend year 2 to start with, and work through a range of tasks and games.

 

Topic

Our topic for the summer term is going to be the beach, which sadly seems out of reach for most of us that moment. The twinkl web site has brilliant, free home learning resources on this topic, with a huge rage of tasks across the curriculum ( https://www.twinkl.co.uk/resources/topics/places/the-seaside) . There is some lovely mindful colouring on there which is great for some relaxed downtime. The bbc bitesize website also has a great introduction to the coast as well https://www.bbc.co.uk/bitesize/topics/zx882hv/articles/zy38wmn .
